SUP Review: Suunto Ambit 3 Peak & Sport

As I pointed out in the review of the Polar V800 and M400 which you can read here and here,  I am always looking for something that will improve my paddling experience. I was lucky enough to receive not only a Suunto Ambit3 Sport but also the premium Ambit3 Peak from Amer Sports Australia to have a play around with. Once I finished with both of the watches I sent them back, so don’t think I am getting around like some sort of watch peddler just for doing a review, enjoy.

Grand Opening 4 - 6 October Long Weekend

We have done it. We have locked in a date for our opening weekend, 4-6 October long weekend.

We will confirm all the timings, locations and pricing as it gets closer, just make sure that you lock this weekend into your diary. At this stage we will be running lessons, a SUP'x'PT (a group fitness session on the boards) and we will also demo a XSUP SAC game.

Tuesday's SUP Workout 18 March 2014

Well it is Tuesday so you know what that means. This morning was the first time that I have not been able to participate in a session. It was good (will have to get used to it as a qualified PT) and bad (as it looked like hard work but enjoyable, if that makes any sense). This was all about endurance both muscular and cardiovascular.
