SUP Stretch

Join us at Yarralumla Beach for an outdoors stretch workout your body will love.

The Lake rich fresh air just after sunrise, will provide focus for your breathing, to bring perspective to the week that was and recharge you for the week to come!

During the class you can expect to be  challenged to stretch every muscle of your body while balancing on your SUP in both seated, kneeling and standing positions.

Expect to feel core strength building faster in this class than via a floor based workout! Every muscle will be engaged to keep your balance while stretching! 

An exhilarating experience in the great outdoors!

Come along and accept the full challenge or join in for the bits you like!

You may want to join the SUPFit class on a Saturday morning at 9, straight after your SUPStretch class!  

2 Hours of outdoors exercise.….Yes please!!! 

You will need :

  • Bathers or gym kit

  • Bare feet

  • Water bottle

  • Sunblock

  • BYO Board (or rent one of our fantastic REDPaddle Boards and Paddle)

  • Anchor or sandbag or old weight and a light rope - not sure what this is all about - get in touch and let us explain
